Accept invitation

If you have been invited to take part of a team, you will receive an email message from [email protected]. This message contains a button that will direct you to the designated workspace and team. If you have been notified of a pending invitation but not have received this message, please check your trash bin or spam filter.  
3. Press the button labelled “Continue”.

 

Setup workspace

If you are the first user of a fresh workspace, you must browse to the KONFIDENT.IO web site and find your workspace and verify your identity. A workspace is identified by a workspace name and is provided to you from your admin or salesperson at HYKER.

1. Browse to konfident.io
2. Click the button labelled “OPEN KONFIDENT APP” in the top menu.



3. The application will open in a new window.
4. Find your workspace using the search box.



5. Once found, a selection of verification methods will appear.

6. Click verify then enter your email address.

7. A verification email message from [email protected] will arrive in your inbox.



8. Click the button labelled “Verify This Email Address”

9. If you received the email on the same device and browser as you used to start KONFIDENT, the workspace should appear in your browser. Otherwise you may now return to the initial device and browser to the opened workspace.

 

Logout

If you want to logout from your workspace you click the menu button and select logout in the dropdown menu.
To login again you need to know your workspace name or get a new invite by one of your teammates.
